Shipping Policy

Every order is shipped from Milano, Italy. We work with Packlink PRO and carriers (DHL, GLS, BRT, Poste Italiane).
1. Where we ship
Italy, the European Union, the United Kingdom, Switzerland, the United States, and most countries worldwide. For a country not available at checkout, write to contact@pikora.it.
2. Shipping costs and free-shipping thresholds

| Switzerland | Free shipping over CHF 250 |
| United States | Free shipping over $300 |
| Rest of world | Free shipping over $400 |
Below these thresholds, exact shipping is calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.
3. Delivery times
After dispatch (1–2 working days for processing):
- Italy: 2–3 working days
- European Union: 3–5 working days
- United Kingdom: 5–7 working days
- Switzerland: 5–7 working days
- United States: 7–10 working days
- Rest of world: 7–14 working days
4. Tracking
Tracking number emailed at dispatch.
5. Customs and VAT (non-EU)
For deliveries outside the EU (UK, Switzerland, US), local customs duties and import VAT may apply and are the responsibility of the recipient. Refusing to pay duties does not entitle you to a refund of the original shipping cost.
For EU deliveries, Italian VAT is included in the price — no further taxes apply.
6. Lost or undelivered packages
- Check with neighbours, concierge, or local post office.
- Contact the carrier with the tracking number.
- Email contact@pikora.it if unresolved after 5 working days.
7. Wrong address
It is your responsibility to provide a complete, accurate shipping address. If returned to us due to an incorrect address, the cost of re-shipping or refund minus original shipping is for the customer.
