Terms of service

Last updated: 14 June 2026.

These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your use of the website pikora.it (the “Site”) and the purchase of products from it. The Site is operated by Erebouni Khachik, Ditta Individuale, trading as Picora (“Picora”, “we”, “us”). By using the Site or placing an order, you accept these Terms.

1. Identity

Erebouni Khachik — Ditta Individuale
Via Alfredo Catalani 43, 20131 Milano, Italy
P.IVA: 13726650966 · C.F.: KHCRBN87H51Z224D · REA: MI-2805107
Email: contact@pikora.it

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a contract to purchase from Picora.

3. Products and pricing

All prices on the Site are shown in Euro (EUR) or in your local currency when our region detection identifies your country. Prices for European customers include the applicable Italian VAT (Imposta sul Valore Aggiunto, currently 22%). Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and may vary by region — see our Shipping Policy.

We make every effort to display accurate product images, descriptions, and material composition. Slight variations in colour or texture may occur due to monitor differences or natural fabric character.

4. Orders and contract formation

When you place an order, you make a binding offer to purchase. The contract is formed when we send you our order confirmation email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order if:

  • The product is no longer available;
  • Pricing or product information was displayed incorrectly;
  • We suspect fraudulent activity or a violation of these Terms.

If we cancel an order, you will receive a full refund of any amount already paid.

5. Payment

Payment is processed at checkout via Shopify Payments / Stripe. Accepted methods include credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and other methods displayed at checkout. Payment information is handled securely by our payment processor under PCI-DSS standards; we never see or store your full card details.

6. Shipping

See our Shipping Policy for delivery times, costs, and zones.

7. Right of withdrawal & returns

Under Italian and EU consumer law (Codice del Consumo, Art. 52), you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason. See our Refund Policy for the return process. Return shipping is at the customer’s expense.

8. Intellectual property

All content on the Site — the Picora trademark, the editorial copy, product photography, illustrations, and graphic design — is owned by Erebouni Khachik or used under licence. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use it commercially without our written permission. Personal, non-commercial use (e.g., saving an image for your own moodboard) is permitted.

9. User-generated content

If you post content about Picora (e.g., a public tag of @picora.italia on Instagram, or a product review), you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, display, and share that content for promotional purposes. You can withdraw this licence at any time by writing to us.

10. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Site for any unlawful purpose;
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems;
  • Interfere with the normal operation of the Site;
  • Reverse-engineer, scrape, or copy substantial parts of the Site.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Italian and EU law:

  • Picora’s total liability arising from or related to an order is limited to the price paid for that order.
  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
  • Nothing in these Terms excludes our liability for fraud, gross negligence, or death/personal injury caused by negligence — these remain protected by law.
  • Statutory consumer rights under the Codice del Consumo are unaffected.

12. Force majeure

Picora is not liable for delays or non-performance caused by events outside our reasonable control: natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, postal disruptions, war, or government actions.

13. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by Italian law. For consumer disputes, the court of the consumer’s place of residence has jurisdiction. For non-consumer disputes, the Court of Milan has exclusive jurisdiction.

Under EU Regulation 524/2013, you may also submit a complaint to the European Commission’s Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

14. Changes

We may update these Terms. The updated version takes effect when published on this page. Material changes will be communicated to registered users by email.
